COLOR ME RAD NAILS

I decided to do my nails for the Color Me Rad 5K that I did with my mom and some friends on 12/08/12. I have also included a photo of me after doing the 5K.

POLISHES

 Here are all of my polishes. 

Purple & Orange Shredded

I started out with an orange background and added on top the purple shredded (crackle) polish. I finished it off with a quick drying top coat for a glossy finish.

Purple background with floral stickers and dot stickers.

Purple & Silver Zebra

Purple background with a silver zebra print done with the salon effects kit.

Purple & Silver Cheetah

Purple background with a silver cheetah effect made with the salon effects kit. 

Purple & Orange

Purple background with orange stripes. I did this for Halloween 2011. The purple ended up looking like black from far away but I think they were pretty cool. 

Swirl Effect Dark

For this swirl effect I used bright blue, green, pink, and purple swirled together by a small nail pick.

Royal Purple

This metallic purple has silver crowns/tiaras on them. The crowns/tiaras have diamonds on some of them.

Swirl Effects - AVON

I found this technique on the AVON website (which I love). I thought I would try it as it was one of my favorites. Each nail is different so I have posted both hands this time. 

Purple and Silver Stripes

This was one of my first attempts at making stripped lines. It is a shiny purple with silver stripes. Finished with the clear top coat.

Purple and Blueish Teal Flowers

This one is a rich bright purple (though in this picture it looks darker). They have a few large light blueish teal color flowers on them. Finished of with the clear top coat. 

Deep Purple Glitter

This is a deep purple color with a colorful glitter on top. Finished with a clear top coat.

Teal background with purple/teal flowers finished with a clear top coat.
