COLOR ME RAD NAILS

I decided to do my nails for the Color Me Rad 5K that I did with my mom and some friends on 12/08/12. I have also included a photo of me after doing the 5K.

Glitter Blue with Varied Stickers

I did a deep blue base added a deep blue glitter on top and added in various stickers to each nail.

Blue Tips with 3D Flowers

I did these with blue tips and super glued the 3D flowers on. I am showing my blank nails, the tips done, the paint I did the tips with, the flowers and glue, and the finished look after the top coat!

Blue and Orange Fishnet Tips

I started with an orange French tip and layered a blue fishnet design made with the salon effects kit. Please excuse the other paint colors you may see on my nails/hands I was painting some artwork.

Metallic Blue with Butterflies and Stars

Metallic blue background with white stars and butterflies on the big toes. The stars and butterflies have diamond/silver stones on them.

Teal French Tips

This teal French tip was created with two different colors. The base was a dark blue with a greenish on top. On top of that is the glitter color disco ball. I did these nails for my boyfriend's company Christmas party (they matched my dress).

Pink, Yellow & Blue Cheetah Print

These toes have a blue base and I used a dark pink and bright yellow for the cheetah print. The cheetah print is from the salon effects nail kit that I use.

Swirl Effect Dark

For this swirl effect I used bright blue, green, pink, and purple swirled together by a small nail pick.

3D Nail Art RYGB

Red tips again with 3D nail art flowers in three colors yellow, blue, green.

Navy with Flowers

Navy blue tips with yellow and white flowers around a silver string of dots.

3D Nail Art

Red tips with 3D nail art! Three 3D flowers and a 3D butterfly.

Purple & Blue Sparkles

Purple background with blue sparkly tips.

4th of July Camo

This is the Red, White and Blue camo design I did this year for 4th of July. It is a red background with blue and white zebra stripes which makes it look like camo print to me.

Swirl Effects - AVON

I found this technique on the AVON website (which I love). I thought I would try it as it was one of my favorites. Each nail is different so I have posted both hands this time. 

BRIGHT Flower

Bright pink with bright blue tips. I also added a black flower sticker that had blue stones int he middle of each flower. Finished with a clear top coat.

Autumn Bloom Sparkles

This is a shiny golden orange with blue glitter on top. On the thumbs I put the 3D art of three blue flowers and a white and blue butterfly.

Yellow and Blue Zebra

Yellow background with a deep blue zebra print. Not everyone's favorite but I liked them.

Blue & Gold

Don't know if you can tell from this photo but the toe nails are shinny blue and gold.
